We went to the Relay for Life Cancer Walk on Friday night. Here is a picture of Kiel, Randal, Stef, Kurt, and Katrina in front of the luminaries that spell out HOPE. My Mom is a cancer survivor so this relay for life walk hits home for us. Kurt, Kiel, and I (and other of my family members) have walked a few times before at cancer walks. 
Here are the words lit up - they light the luminaries as some words and music are being spoken/sung.
After the HOPE ceremony, everyone does a lap together around the track. As we did so, they changed the words HOPE to CURE. What a wonderful ceremony it was and it is amazing how many people were there to support those with cancer.
