Ice Castles
During our trip to Utah last week for Randal's doctor appointment we went to the Midway Ice Castles. They are made entirely out of ice. There is no supporting substructure. The trail goes around numerous ice castles. It was a nice day out so we did not freeze!

Wow, those are crazy huge! I've never heard of them before. Where do you find out about stuff like this?
